Year 3 & 4 blog:

On Wednesday, some of our Year 3 and 4 children took to the courts at Solent University for an exciting basketball festival. The day was split between mini matches and skill-building games and drills. The children enjoyed their sessions being run by Bitterne Park Secondary School students (some being ex pupils), which was fantastic for the children to see.  There were impressive passes, daring shots and a lot of fantastic teamwork. Well done to our budding basketball stars, who finished the evening tired but triumphant.
