Year 4

In year 4, it is going to be a grand week, where we will swap our local River Itchen for learning about the exciting River Colorado.

The particular feature that we will be looking at is considered one of the seven wonders of the natural world and not to mention being very “Grand”! Have you guessed what it is yet?

…the rock has been found to be 2 billion years old and in some places can fit 19 Statues of Liberty stacked on top of each other.

We are going to be learning about the breathtaking Grand Canyon!

As holiday advisors, we will be helping different clients with deciding how best to spend their time at this majestic place. In order to make this decision, the children will consider the pros and cons of a variety of activities, from sky diving to sunset views to a helicopter ride or white water rafting!
