Sports Day

The children enjoyed an absolutely glorious day on the field for our annual Sports Day. 

They proudly wore their house t-shirts and took part in a variety of activities, ranging from shooting hoops, an egg and spoon race and even an assault course!  At the end of this half of the day, the scores were almost tied, with only two points between first and second place! 

Following these activities, they took part in the finals of our track events, with the children all putting in 100% effort, despite the heat!  Whether they were sprinting down the track, running the long distance races or handing over that baton in the relay, they all had smiles on their faces and were cheered on by their friends on the sidelines.  Even the teachers enjoyed competing, being cheered on by both the children and family and friends! 

The results were still close at the end of the day, but it was Unicorns who took the overall win!  Well done, Unicorns!
