Year 3 blog:

Guess Who's Coming For Dinner?

We are thrilled to invite you all to a truly exceptional evening at Eatem Hall this Saturday at 7:00pm. It promises to be a night filled not only with captivating entertainment, but also with a feast that will tantalise your tastebuds and leave you craving more...

In Year 3, we have been exploring the use of persuasive language to captivate our readers and entice them to spend the evening at Eatem Hall where a nasty trick awaits them. We have been learning to use different language features and ambitious vocabulary to further enrich our writing.

The Human Body

Can you name all the different bones in the human body? Our Year 3 children have been investigating the human body, taking note of the importance of our skeleton and muscles and the importance of fuelling your body with a nutritious, balanced diet. The children have constructed skeletons using their knowledge on human bones, and have become 'real' scientists by investigating the nutritional value of different foods.
